About this collection

Matching your face makeup to your body is a common hurdle, and many people get it wrong. Instead of applying heavy layers, I teach my students to mix foundation with moisturizer and a bit of highlighter powder. It creates a seamless, natural glow that does not look cakey, ensuring you look perfect from every angle, not just the front.

Behind the Scenes at the Academy

My studio in Bilekahalli is more than just a place for makeup. It is where we break down the 'magic' into simple, repeatable steps. When I teach, I focus on the realities of the job that you will not find in textbooks.

What We Actually Do

  • The Science of Skin: We start with the basics, like proper CTM (Cleansing, Toning, Moisturizing). If your skin prep is wrong, no amount of high-end product will save the look. My students learn why we use specific moisturizers for dry versus oily skin.
  • Lighting & Technique: Many makeup artists fail because they ignore lighting. I show my students how a ring light can hide—or highlight—every mistake. We practice until the technique is second nature.
  • Product Knowledge: We don't just use expensive brands. I take my students on market tours to teach them how to identify products that actually perform, whether it is high-end or budget-friendly.
  • Real-World Resilience: Being an MUA is not always glamorous. It involves midnight travel, heavy kits, and managing client feedback. I prepare my students for the actual, unpolished reality of working on weddings.

No Gatekeeping

I believe in sharing everything I know. Whether it is a hack to revive a dry product or a trick to fix creasing using pink powder, these aren't secrets. They are just tools of the trade. If you are ready to stop guessing and start learning how to build a professional kit and a career, this is where you start.
