Pricing Guide
Sunrise Day Trek (No Accommodation)
Logistics & Transport
- Format: Night travel followed by a morning trek. Departure approx 10:00 PM, Return approx 2:00 PM the next day.
- Vehicle: Shared Tempo Traveller (12 to 14 seater) or Mini bus. Non AC during night travel.
Meals
- Included: 1 South Indian breakfast (Idli/Dosa/Vada) at a local restaurant after the trek.
- Excluded: Lunch and Dinner are not part of this package.
Activity & Permits
- Trek: Guided sunrise trek to locations like Uttaribetta or Mandaragiri.
- Fees: Forest entry fees, hill entry fees, and vehicle parking charges are covered.
- Support: Certified Trek Leader accompanies the group from Bangalore.
Western Ghats Weekend Trek Package
Accommodation
- Type: Local Homestay or Budget Camp in the Western Ghats.
- Sleeping Arrangement: Dormitory style large halls with floor mattresses/bedding or shared tents (2 to 3 sharing).
- Facilities: Shared western or indian washrooms.
Transport & Transfers
- Bangalore Transfer: Round trip in a Force Tempo Traveller or Mini Bus.
- Local Transfer: Includes hire charges for 4x4 Jeeps required for off road segments (e.g. Kodachadri base).
- Timing: Departs Friday approx 9:00 PM, Returns Sunday approx 9:00 PM.
Meals
- Inclusions: 2 Breakfasts, 1 Packed/Local Lunch, 1 Dinner (Veg and Chicken curry).
- Cuisine: Local Malnad style food.
- Exclusion: Sunday Lunch is self sponsored at highway restaurants.
Permits & Guide
- Fees: All Forest Department trekking fees and check post charges included.
- Guide: Lead guide from Bangalore and mandatory local guides for specific trails.

Transport & Taxes
- Vehicle: Round trip in Tempo Traveller or Mini Bus suited for long distance (800km plus).
- Interstate Taxes: Covers commercial permit taxes for entering Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, or Goa.
Accommodation
- Type: Twin or triple sharing rooms in budget resorts or beach side camping (location dependent).
- Style: Leisure focused stay, distinct from the dormitory trekking accommodation.
Meals
- Inclusions: 4 Meals total (2 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner).
- Menu: Features coastal (Karavali) cuisine for beach destinations.
Sightseeing & Exclusions
- Included: Entry tickets to forts, caves, and viewpoints.
- Excluded: High cost adventure activities (Scuba Diving, Ziplining, Rafting) are payable directly by the user.
