Core Components
- Solar Panels: 16-18 units of Shark Series Bifacial Modules (575Wp - 590Wp, N-Type TOPCon). Generates power from front and rear sides.
- Inverter: 1 unit Fusion 10kW On-Grid Inverter (Three Phase) with IoT WiFi dongle for mobile app monitoring.
- Structure: Hot Dip Galvanized Iron (HDGI). Choice of standard RCC mount or High-Rise (6-8 ft) to retain roof usability.
Wiring & Protection
- Cabling: UV-protected DC cables (4 sq mm) and AC cables (up to 50m) connecting to the commercial meter.
- Safety: ACDB and DCDB boxes with surge protection devices (SPD).
- Earthing: 3-pit chemical earthing kit for Inverter, Structure, and Lightning Arrester.
- Lightning: Conventional Copper/GI arrester on the highest point.

- Switching: Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) built-in for millisecond changeover during grid failure.
- Protection: specialized DC MCBs and battery disconnectors for high amperage discharge.
- Mounting: Standard HDGI structure for the solar array.
Installation & Setup
- Load Mapping: Pre-install engineering visit to separate critical loads (machines) vs non-critical loads.
- Monitoring: Setup of Fusion App for real-time battery level tracking.
