About Your Love Story in Portraits
Most couples tell us they feel awkward posing, which is exactly why we move away from static, formal setups. We give you just enough direction to find the right light, then step back so your natural chemistry—the way you hold hands or look at each other—takes center stage. You get those essential, wall-worthy images without the feeling of being directed.
Authentic Portraits for Real Couples
Photography is often split between the 'candid' and the 'posed.' We think the best portraits live somewhere in between. You want photos that look like a magazine shoot but feel like your actual relationship.
Whether we are shooting in a hotel suite in Mumbai, a beach in Goa, or at a venue in Dubai, our approach is the same. We aren't looking for perfect angles; we are looking for the way you naturally lean into each other. If you are having a moment of laughter, we don't ask you to stop to 'fix the pose.' We capture that laugh.
Our Approach to Couples Shoots
- Guidance, Not Direction: We act as directors of lighting and composition, not puppet masters. We might place you in a patch of soft sunset light, but what happens within that frame is up to you.
- Timeless Editing: Our post-production style focuses on warm, natural tones that keep the focus on your skin textures and raw emotions, rather than heavy filters that fade with trends.
- The 'Core Memory' Shot: We make sure to get the classic, frame-ready portraits your parents will love, while ensuring we get the 'cool' shots that you’ll actually want as your phone wallpaper.
Planning Your Session
If we are shooting a pre-wedding editorial, we usually suggest two locations to get variety. We provide support for 2-3 outfit changes and guide you on styling that works for the environment. For wedding day portraits, we prefer to squeeze in 20 minutes of 'golden hour' time—when the light is softest—to create those cinematic, moody images you might see in our gallery. If your timeline is tight, let us know early; we are experts at finding magic in a 10-minute window.
