About My Practice & Community Work
My work happens at the intersection of hard research and courtroom reality. Every case starts with a deep dive into the police charge sheet, Call Detail Records, and FSL reports right here in my chamber. If I do not find the loophole in the paperwork, we lose the edge before the hearing even begins.
When you see my practice, you see the preparation. My chamber is where I spend hours analyzing 500-page charge sheets, cross-referencing FIRs, and identifying non-compliance in police procedures. This is not just paperwork. It is tactical planning.
I maintain a consistent presence across the judiciary, representing clients from the Saket District Court to the Delhi High Court. Whether it is navigating the NDPS Act or drafting a petition for FIR quashing, the approach remains the same: thorough evidence collection and precise legal arguments. I do not rely on generic defenses. I look for the specific procedural failures of the police or the inconsistencies in the complainant's statement.
Beyond the courtroom, I collaborate with organizations like Mahila Vikas Manch to advocate for legal rights and awareness. Legal knowledge is your best defense. I share these updates in simple language so you know exactly where you stand, whether you are dealing with a matrimonial dispute or a criminal charge. I am here to ensure that you are not just another file number in the system.
