About Creative & SFX Artistry
This training is technical and hands-on. You will learn to sculpt with wax, cast prosthetics, and balance skin-safe adhesives for high-concept character design. It is demanding, messy work, but it is the kind of mastery that separates a professional makeup artist from an enthusiast.
Our Masters in Creative, SFX & Editorial Makeup program goes far beyond standard application. Whether you are aiming for film sets, fashion editorials, or runway work, you need to understand the physics of the face and how lighting impacts your canvas.
We focus on three core pillars:
- SFX & Cinema: Learn the construction of realistic wounds, burns, and full-face prosthetics using professional-grade wax and latex. This is about storytelling through transformation.
- High-Fashion Editorial: Master the techniques that print media demands, from graphic liner precision to glossy, high-fashion skin textures that hold up under harsh studio lights.
