Real Stories of Rescue and Hope in Delhi NCR

Every street animal in Delhi NCR is family. These visuals show the cycle of our work—from the heartbreak of emergency rescues to the joy of finding a forever home.

This is the story of Rana. We found him after he was abandoned, just a skeleton of a dog left on the streets. This video shows his journey from being a severely emaciated and neglected pitbull to the healthy, happy boy he is today. It’s a testament to how love, medical care, and proper nutrition can heal even the deepest wounds.

Look at these faces. This litter of five desi puppies, just 40 days old, is ready to find their forever families. We rescue countless puppies like them, each one deserving of a safe, loving home where they can grow and thrive. Adopting an Indie dog means bringing home a loyal, resilient, and incredibly loving companion.

Meet Whitey, a beautiful 6-month-old Golden Labrador we rescued from a violent home. Now safe with a foster, she is a picture of health and happiness, full of puppy energy and love. Her story highlights the many purebred dogs who are abandoned and need a second chance at a life filled with kindness.

This is an active search. Jimmy, a beloved female German Shepherd, is missing from Nehru Park in Delhi. We use our entire network to spread the word for lost pets like her, creating posters and alerts to bring them home safely. Our lost and found service is a critical lifeline for pet parents in the Delhi NCR area.

Stella, an American Bulldog, was bought for illegal breeding but was abandoned after an injury left her paralyzed. We took her in when her owner couldn't afford her treatment. This video shows her incredible recovery, from being unable to move to walking again. She is a fighter and is now ready for a home that will cherish her.

This is the reality for so many. Two dogs sit on a flyover at night, voiceless but full of love, waiting for someone to call them their own. They are not strays; they are just searching for their family. This image captures the soul of our mission: *Awaara nahi, hamara hai*.

We don't just help dogs. Meet Noor, a Persian British Shorthair, and Muezza, a Bengal. These two inseparable sisters are looking for a home together. Our adoption services extend to cats and other animals who have been abandoned or need a new family.

About Featured

Adoption isn't just about taking an animal home. When you adopt from us, you get a fully medically vetted companion—vaccinated, dewormed, and rehabilitated. We don't just hand over animals; we conduct mandatory house checks to ensure a safe, lifelong environment. Before you decide, reach out to talk about the commitment involved in bringing a rescue pet into your family.

Real Change on the Streets

Our work is built on one core belief: Awaara nahi, hamara hai. Every animal you see on the streets of Delhi is our collective responsibility. We handle cases ranging from accident victims on Delhi flyovers to pets abandoned in jungle areas, providing emergency rescue, medical stabilization, and legal support against cruelty.

Why Our Adoption Process Is Strict

We don’t believe in quick-fix adoptions. Whether it’s a rescued Indian Indie puppy or a surrendered pedigree like a GSD or Labrador, every animal passes through our medical screening and rehabilitation program. Our adoption protocol involves:

  • Mandatory House Checks: We verify that your home is safe and suitable for a pet.
  • Sterilization: Essential for population control and long-term health.
  • Diet Counseling: We guide you on feeding fresh, nutritious meals rather than just processed kibble.
  • Commitment Screening: We look for families ready to handle the recovery and transition phases of a rescued animal.

How You Can Help

If you aren’t ready to adopt, you can still be a lifeline. From sponsoring senior dogs who can’t survive on the streets to contributing to our community feeding drives in areas like New Friends Colony, your support keeps our ambulance running. If you find a lost pet in NCR, our network is here to help coordinate, provided you have clear proof of ownership.
