About Floral Statement Earrings
These aren't just for weddings—I make them lightweight enough that you can wear them all day without feeling like your ears are weighed down. Since I use cotton thread and treat the fabric to stiffen it, they hold their shape perfectly even after you have worn them a few times.
I started making these because I wanted jewelry that felt personal and looked different from the usual store-bought sets. Every pair you see here is hand-knitted by me using 100% cotton thread or soft acrylic yarn. The process starts with choosing the right color, followed by hours of stitching and a final stiffening step that ensures the flowers do not droop.
You will notice most of these are floral designs—sunflowers, roses, and geometric motifs—because I truly believe 'phoolon ki apni bhasha hoti hai' (flowers have their own language).
Styling & Care
- For everyday wear: My smaller sunflower studs or single-rose designs work great with simple kurtis or jeans and a top.
- For functions: If you have a Haldi or Mehendi, these make excellent, comfortable alternatives to heavy real-flower jewelry that wilts. They are super light, so you can dance without a headache.
