Why Material Matters
In Bangalore, we see a lot of cupboards that start sagging or bubbling after a couple of monsoons. We stick to Boiling Water Resistant (BWR) plywood for high-load areas like bunk bed structures and lofts, and commercial-grade plywood for standard wardrobes. Using 1mm glossy or matte laminates on the outside gives you that sleek finish you see in our gallery, while 0.8mm fabric-finish laminates on the inside make cleaning up spilled liquids or dust a quick wipe-down task.
