The Perfect Home for Your Plants
A plant's pot is more than just a container. It is the foundation where roots find their rhythm. Whether you are looking for a statement piece for your living room or a vertical solution for a compact balcony, we have a style to match your greens.
Our Atlantic Glaze Rustic Pot is an artisanal masterpiece. Its textured finish in tranquil blues and moody greys is inspired by the Atlantic coastline, making each pot a one-of-a-kind home for your plants.
These Atlantic glazed pots in stormy greys and earthy browns bring a quiet sophistication to any setting. Each piece is hand-shaped by an artisan, ensuring no two are alike.
We partner with brands like Beruru to offer a complete garden lifestyle. Here, our lush plants are paired with beautifully crafted planters and earthy terracotta decor to create a warm and inviting outdoor space.
We're excited to have Greena's latest collection of stylish pots at our stores. This includes their Mounta pots, which offer a complete solution for creating beautiful vertical walls with a mesh grid and easy-to-hang planters.
About The Perfect Home for Your Plants
Choosing the right pot is about balance, not just aesthetics. While a beautiful glazed ceramic pot elevates your room, you must ensure it has adequate drainage to prevent root rot. We always recommend matching your pot material—whether terracotta, glazed, or plastic—to your specific plant's water needs, as these materials dry out at very different speeds.
Drainage is the most important factor for any plant. No matter how beautiful a pot looks, if it does not drain, your plant will eventually struggle. If you fall in love with a decorative vessel that lacks a drainage hole, use it as a cachepot. Keep your plant in its plastic nursery pot, place it inside the decorative one, and simply remove it to water. This keeps your roots happy while looking stylish.
Material makes a massive difference in how often you need to water:
- Terracotta: Highly porous and breathable. These pots are ideal for succulents, cacti, and any plant that dislikes 'soggy feet.' The clay wicks moisture away from the soil, helping it dry out faster.
- Glazed Ceramic: These do not breathe, meaning they hold moisture much longer. These are perfect for tropical varieties like Peace Lilies, Philodendrons, or any plant that appreciates consistent hydration.
- Vertical Solutions: If floor space is at a premium, look at modular systems like our Mounta pots. These allow you to turn a bare wall into a living green screen without needing a garden bed, making them perfect for urban balconies.
When sizing up, resist the urge to jump to a giant pot for a tiny plant. Extra soil volume holds extra water, which often leads to root issues. Up-pot gradually, increasing the diameter by one or two inches at a time.
We invite you to visit our centers in Banashankari, Rajarajeshwari Nagar, or Halasuru. Bring your plant along with you. We can help you pick the right fit, test the pot size, and ensure your new plant home is ready for growth.
