- Advanced Semen Analysis: Checks count, motility, morphology, and liquefaction time.

IUI Treatment Cycle
Cycle Management
- Follicular Monitoring: Series of 3 to 4 transvaginal ultrasounds to track follicle growth and timing.
- Trigger Shot: Nursing charges for the HCG injection administration.
Procedure
- Sperm Preparation: Double Density Gradient wash method to separate high-quality sperm.
- Insemination: Procedure performed by the specialist using a soft catheter.
- Day Care Stay: 2 to 3 hours of post-procedure rest in the recovery area.
Post-Procedure
- Support: Prescription guidance for luteal phase support.
- Beta HCG Test: Blood test to confirm pregnancy after 14 days.
Exclusions

- Injection Services: Nursing administration charges for daily stimulation injections.
Egg Retrieval (OPU)
- OT & Anesthesia: Operation theatre charges, anesthesia fees, and daycare bed charges.
- Surgeon Fees: Gynaecologist/IVF Specialist charges for the retrieval.
Embryology Lab
- ICSI: Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection technique used for fertilization.
- Embryo Culture: Lab growth for 3 to 5 days (includes Blastocyst culture).
Embryo Transfer
- The Procedure: Ultrasound-guided transfer of the embryo into the uterus.
- Recovery: Post-operative short stay.
Key Exclusions
- Medications: Stimulation hormonal injections (typically 60,000 to 90,000 INR extra).
- Freezing: Maintenance charges for freezing extra embryos.
- Genetic Testing: ERA or PGT-A testing of embryos.
