Our Menu Approach
We rotate our menu to keep things fresh. You will find a mix of North Indian comfort staples like Dal Tadka and Phulkas alongside South Indian favorites like Sambar, Kootu, and Poriyal. We source fresh, non-frozen vegetables daily, which is why we require a little lead time for larger orders—it allows our chefs to shop and prep properly.
