Advanced FUE Technology for Precision Hair Restoration

I believe in combining surgical skill with the most precise medical technology available. My choice of instruments is driven by one goal: to ensure your hair restoration is safer, more comfortable, and yields natural-looking, dense results.

This is the Trivellini "Mamba" FUE device, one of the most advanced hair restoration tools in the world. Its multiphasic system changes its motion as it penetrates the scalp, allowing for cleaner, more precise graft extraction.

The control panel of the Mamba device shows the level of precision I can achieve. I can adjust the oscillation, vibration, and rotation percentages to perfectly match the patient's skin and hair type, minimizing trauma to the follicles.

This graphic breaks down the key features of the Trivellini Mamba system. Its back-and-forth oscillation allows for clean extraction, while the suction assist reduces graft manipulation and trauma, leading to superior results.

The Trivellini Mamba system is also capable of performing Long Hair FUE. Using special punches, I can extract hair grafts without shaving the donor area, offering a discreet option for patients who need to return to work or social life quickly.

This diagram illustrates the advantage of using a Sapphire blade over a traditional steel blade for making incisions. The V-shaped slit created by the sapphire blade is smaller and allows for denser packing of grafts with less tissue trauma.

About this collection

The Trivellini Mamba device I use is not a standard tool. It is a multiphasic extraction system that intelligently adapts to your skin and hair type in real-time. By adjusting its vibration, rotation, and oscillation patterns as it enters the scalp, it drastically reduces trauma to the follicles compared to manual or single-mode punches. This precision is essential for ensuring high graft survival rates and, ultimately, a successful transplant.

Why Technology Matters in FUE

A hair transplant is a combination of surgical technique and the right equipment. At Harleys, I utilize tools that allow me to push the boundaries of what is possible while maintaining the highest safety standards.

The Trivellini Mamba Difference

The core of my FUE process involves the Trivellini Mamba system. Traditional extraction tools move at a constant rate, which can sometimes damage follicles if the skin tension or hair depth varies. The Mamba system is multiphasic; it senses the tissue resistance and automatically shifts its behavior. This means cleaner extractions and significantly fewer transected (damaged) grafts.

High-Density Results with Sapphire Blades

Following extraction, the implantation phase is where the aesthetic result is determined. I use Sapphire blades for creating recipient sites. Unlike standard steel blades, sapphire crystal is harder and can be sharpened to a finer point. This allows me to create smaller, V-shaped incisions. Smaller incisions mean I can place grafts closer together, achieving higher density while minimizing the trauma to the scalp's vascular supply.

The Long Hair FUE Option

For patients who cannot take extended time off for recovery or prefer to maintain their hair length, the Mamba system supports Long Hair FUE. This allows me to extract follicular units without shaving the donor area. It is a technically demanding procedure that requires a high degree of precision, but it offers a discreet option for returning to professional or social life immediately after the session.
