When you order a piece from this collection, it is not coming off a rack. I create these specifically for your body measurements, so we will start by chatting about your preferred fit, sleeve length, and color choice. Since every sweater is made-to-measure, I can adjust the silhouettes and textures—like that star-stitch Etoile design or a simple textured top—to make sure it feels like it was made just for you.
How I Create Your Piece
Every item I make, from the Goldenrod sweater to the Etoile design, is crafted using a seamless top-down construction. This means I build the garment in one go, which eliminates bulky side seams and makes the fit much more comfortable against your skin. I primarily use 100% cotton or soft cotton-acrylic blends because they are gentle for our Delhi weather and durable enough for everyday wear.
The Customization Process
Because I am a small, independent artist, I do not do mass production. When you reach out, we will go through a quick measurement collection process for your bust, waist, and shoulder width. This ensures that whether you want a cropped summer top or a full-length winter sweater, the piece hugs you in all the right places.
Why Handmade Matters
Crochet is a slow process, and I love every minute of it. Stitches like the star-stitch, bobbles, and lace textures require patience and focus. I spend time steam-blocking each finished piece to ensure the stitches are set properly and the drape looks professional. It is not just about making a product, it is about giving you something unique that has a story behind it.
