Professional Portfolio & Headshot Makeup
Whether you are stepping in front of a high-resolution camera for a business portrait or building your acting portfolio, your makeup needs to handle the lens, not just the room. I create camera-ready looks that define your features while keeping your skin looking like skin.

About this collection
When you are under studio lights or facing a high-resolution camera, your everyday makeup often works against you. I use specialized anti-shine techniques and pore-filling primers to prevent the dreaded flashback or uneven texture in your photos. My goal is not to change your face, but to ensure the lens captures exactly who you are, without looking heavy or layered.
Camera-Ready vs. Everyday Makeup
There is a fundamental difference between makeup for a party and makeup for a portfolio shoot. In person, a bit of texture is natural and invisible. On a high-res camera sensor, that same texture is amplified. My approach for headshots and portfolios focuses on the 'no-makeup' makeup look that stands up to close-up cropping.
Corporate and Business Portraits
For business headshots, the goal is polish and approachability. I focus on:
- T-Zone Control: Using matte-finish HD products to ensure you do not look oily under harsh studio strobes.
- Color Correction: Neutralizing dark circles or uneven skin tone so you look fresh, not tired.
- Hair Grooming: Whether it is a sleek blow-dry or simple structure, I ensure your hair is camera-ready.
Actor and Model Portfolios
Portfolio work requires versatility. I work with you to understand your specific casting look—whether it is the 'girl/boy next door,' a formal corporate lead, or something more edgy. I use:
- Custom Design: A fresh base that allows for quick touch-ups or style changes on set.
- Durable Products: Long-wear foundation that survives hour-long sessions under bright lights without cracking.
- Advanced Styling: From wet-looks to messy textures, I adjust the styling based on your mood board or the character you are playing.
Ultimately, I am here to help you tell your story. If you are an actor needing character-specific looks or a professional updating your LinkedIn profile, let's chat about your requirements and prepare a look that lets your confidence shine through.
