- Customization: I don't use a standard template. I adjust the ribbons, box styles, and fillers based on your theme. If you have a specific look in mind, tell me, and I will try to match it.
- Turnaround: Since every piece is handmade, I usually need 2 to 7 days to prepare your order. If you are planning a larger event, please reach out a little early so I can manage the details without rushing.
- Shipping: I am based in Mumbai, but I ship these hampers to addresses across India. Everything is packed securely to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
