About Unique Water Workouts
Ever tried working out while balancing on water? Our Flaahb Fit sessions use high-tech floating boards that force your core to engage in ways a standard treadmill never will. It is low-impact, high-intensity, and honestly, mostly just a lot of fun. If you lose your balance, you just end up in the water, which makes the workout feel less like a chore and more like a game.
Why does water fitness actually work? It is simple physics. The water provides constant resistance, so every movement you make on our floating Aqua Charge boards targets your core and stabilizers more aggressively than gym-floor exercises. Because the water supports your weight, it is also much kinder to your knees and ankles. We run these sessions in temperature-controlled pools, so you can train comfortably regardless of the weather outside.
On the freediving front, we focus on the mechanics of breath and physiology. You start with dry land theory to understand your capacity, then move to pool sessions for guided underwater practice. With a low student-to-instructor ratio of 4:1, you get actual feedback on your finning technique and body position. Whether you want to master a static breath-hold or just get comfortable in the deep end, we provide the gear, the expert supervision, and the space to push your limits safely. Our instructors handle all the safety protocols and equipment, so your only job is to stay calm and focus on the glide.
