About Behind The Decks
When you book me, you are getting more than just a playlist. I arrive with my own performance gear, including headphones and USBs, but I rely on the venue's Pioneer CDJ setup to pull off these custom mashups. During the set, I am constantly reading the floor, switching between hype-man duties on the mic and precise mixing to bridge the gap between retro classics and high-energy tech-house drops.
The transition from the studio to the live console is where the real work happens. My approach to a set is never static. Whether I am playing a 4-hour wedding after-party in Mumbai or a high-intensity headline show in Hyderabad, the goal remains the same: to build a journey that makes you want to dance again.
I specialize in blending Bollywood vocals with global electronic sounds. This requires more than just beat-matching. It involves layering rhythms, often mixing in Afro-House or Melodic Techno during the build-ups to keep the energy unpredictable.
Before any event, we run through a consultation. This is your chance to mention any specific song requests or styles you want to avoid. I take that input and weave it into my signature style.
