When I tour, I do not just show up and play a standard set. I research the city and the crowd to drop edits that blend my signature Afro-Desi sound with the local energy. Whether it is a 4-hour extended set at a lounge in Dubai or a high-intensity festival performance in Bengaluru, I adapt my approach to keep the dancefloor moving until the lights come up.
My journey as a DJ over the last 15 years has taken me from local club residencies to stages in Singapore, Hong Kong, and across the UAE. Playing internationally requires more than just good tracks. You have to read the room, understand the cultural pulse, and maintain the energy regardless of the geography.
The Touring Approach
My goal on tour is to bridge the gap between global electronic sounds and desi roots. I specialize in:
- Custom Edits: I perform live remixes that you will not hear on any streaming platform.
- Technical Precision: I travel with my own performance gear to ensure the sound quality is consistent with my studio standards. For festival stages, I require a technical setup featuring Pioneer CDJ-3000s and a DJM-900NXS2 mixer.
- Crowd Engagement: I act as the hype-man. I use the microphone to control the room, building momentum from lounge-style warmups to peak-hour raves.
Where I Play
Whether you are booking me for a campus festival, a private corporate event, or a wedding after-party, the expectation is high energy. I have successfully executed 10-city national tours and international club runs by staying adaptable. I arrive 60 minutes early for sound checks and coordinate directly with venue VJs to sync visuals with the drop.
