About Advanced Flair & Exhibition Routines

We don't use real glass for these routines. You will be drilling with weighted PVC flair bottles on our cushioned academy floors, which means you can safely repeat that three-bottle juggle thousands of times until it becomes muscle memory. This is the only way to build the stamina for a competition routine without the constant risk of breakage.
