Pricing Guide
Balcony Garden Maintenance Visit
Staff & Duration
- Manpower: 1 Uniformed Professional Gardener.
- Time: 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on pot count.
- Capacity: Covers standard balconies with up to 20 pots.
Core Services (Labor Only)
- Plant Health Check: Diagnosis of leaves and stems for pests or fungal issues.
- Pruning: Removal of dead leaves and spent flowers to encourage growth.
- Soil Aeration: Loosening topsoil (1-2 inches) to improve air circulation.
- Cleaning: Wiping individual leaves and cleaning pot exteriors.
- Site Cleanup: Post-service floor cleaning to remove soil spillover.
Exclusions & Extra Costs
- Repotting Labor: Charged separately at roughly INR 40 to INR 100 per pot.
- Consumables: Soil, Manure, and Cocopeat are not included and charged per kg.
- Pest Control: Chemical costs are borne by the client.
Villa & Terrace Garden Revamp
Staff & Scope
- Target Area: Independent villas or large terraces (over 200 sq. ft. or 30+ pots).
- Staff: 1 Senior Gardener trained in larger foliage.
- Duration: 2 to 4 hours depending on garden density.
Comprehensive Maintenance
- Structural Care: Pruning of larger shrubs, creepers, and trellis-bound plants.
- Vertical Gardens: Checking health of plants in bio-walls or vertical pockets.
- Soil Management: Extensive tilling of ground beds or large planter boxes.
- Debris Removal: Clearing fallen leaves and dry branches from the garden floor.
Material & Add-Ons
- Fertilizer Application: Labor included; material cost is extra.
- Material Supply: Gardener can carry bulk soil/manure upon prior request (charged at actuals).
- Exclusion: Tree cutting requiring chainsaws is not included.
Mechanized Lawn Mowing & Restoration
Service Tiering
- Micro Lawn (<100 sq. ft): Base tier pricing.
- Small Lawn (101 - 500 sq. ft): Mid-tier pricing.
- Medium Lawn (500 - 1000+ sq. ft): Top-tier pricing.
Machinery & Labor
- Equipment: Usage of heavy-duty lawn mower and edging shears.
- Tasks: Uniform mowing, edge trimming along pathways, and manual removal of visible weeds.
- Leveling: Basic soil leveling if minor bumps are detected.
Waste Management
- Collection: Raking and bagging of grass clippings.
- Disposal: Bags are handed over to the client's waste management system or designated spot (gardeners do not haul waste off-site).
