Learning shouldn't be confined to four walls. Our outdoor programs connect children with nature through guided treks, wildlife workshops, and hands-on eco-exploration at our Panathur campus.

About Outdoor Adventures & Eco-Exploration

Our outdoor programs are grounded in active participation rather than passive observation. Whether your child is joining our overnight parent-child camping trip or our Wild Shaale wildlife workshop, they are not just looking at nature—they are engaging with biodiversity, conservation concepts, and outdoor survival skills through direct, age-appropriate immersion.

Beyond the Classroom

At Ekya Nava, we believe that some of the most critical lessons occur away from a desk. Our outdoor adventure programs are designed to break the routine of daily life, encouraging children to step into the wild, work as a team, and develop resilience through physical and mental challenges.

Our Core Outdoor Streams

  • Eco-Exploration & Wildlife: Through our partnership with initiatives like the Wild Shaale workshop, we use digital tools, games, and interactive talks to teach children about India's biodiversity. We move from theory to reality, helping kids understand ecosystems, conservation, and the role they play in the environment.
  • Parent-Child Outbounds: We recognize that growth is a family effort. Our parent-child treks and overnight camping trips are crafted to help families bond. You can expect guided trekking, bonfire sessions, and stargazing, all held in a safe, supported environment.
  • Skill-Based Adventure: Programs like our mountaineering camp for ages 9-12 introduce survival skills, outdoor fitness, and first aid basics. This isn't just play; it is foundational training in self-reliance.

Practical Details for Families

All our outdoor sessions are based at our Panathur, Bengaluru campus, with logistics handled to minimize stress. For camping trips, we provide AC transport, weather-proof tents, and vegetarian meal plans. For workshops, we focus on high-impact, short-duration sessions—usually 1 to 3 hours—that maximize learning without requiring extended time away from your regular schedule. We ensure safety is paramount, with certified instructors and school staff accompanying every group. We welcome families to join us in these adventures, fostering a deeper, shared appreciation for the natural world.

I created these programs because I believe the most important lessons often happen away from a desk. I want families to step out of their routines and into the wild together, fostering the kind of curiosity and resilience that only nature can teach.
