Dermatology Speaker & Clinical Trainer
Conferences are where science evolves. I share my clinical research and hands-on methods for treating Indian skin, moving beyond textbooks to discuss real-world results.
It was an honor to speak at the BSLMS conference in Bangalore. My session focused on the differential diagnosis of conditions like hirsutism and hypertrichosis before beginning laser hair reduction, emphasizing a thorough, evidence-based approach.
Dermacon is the annual conference of the IADVL, the second-largest dermatology association in the world. Being invited to speak here is a great honor and an opportunity to share knowledge and network with my esteemed colleagues.
Taking the stage at the Roots conference is an annual tradition. This year, I moderated a panel on Facial Melanoses, delving into the nuances of diagnosis and treatment in clinical dermatology.
At Cuticon 2024, I had the privilege of speaking about injection anatomy for toxins and fillers. Understanding the precise location and depth for injectables is a skill learned over many years, and I am passionate about sharing this critical knowledge.
The Roots VIII conference was two days of intense learning, teaching, and networking. It's always rewarding to present my work, like my lecture on the Art and Science of Thread Lifts, and connect with friends in the field.
How do Indians age differently? I was delighted to deliver a guest lecture at MVJ Medical College on "The Ageing Indian Skin," discussing the science and devising the best treatment approaches for our unique skin types.
A moment from Dermacon 2025, where I had the opportunity to both teach and learn. These conferences are vital for staying at the forefront of dermatological science and practice.
When dermatologists from around the world come together for a conference like the India Conclave, it's a powerful exchange of knowledge. We are all united by years of study and a commitment to our patients' skin health.
This AAD India Conclave was "paisa vasool." The knowledge shared and the connections made are invaluable. Continuous learning is what keeps us at the top of our game.
Connecting with fellow doctors at Dermacon 2025. These events are about building a strong professional network that supports and elevates the entire dermatology community.
About National & International Speaker
When I take the stage at conferences like Dermacon or Roots, I don't just talk theory. I break down the actual anatomy and clinical roadblocks I face in my Koramangala clinic daily. My goal is to help fellow dermatologists move past textbook basics and gain the confidence to manage complex cases and complications, because that is where the real work happens.
The dermatology landscape is changing rapidly. What works for Caucasian skin often doesn't hold up for the Indian demographic. In my lectures at major national and international forums like BSLMS and the AAD India Conclave, I focus on bridging this gap.
Why I Focus on Clinical Reality
Textbooks provide the foundation, but clinical practice requires agility. Whether I am moderating a panel on facial melanoses or teaching advanced thread lift techniques, my focus remains on:
- Evidence-Based Treatment: Avoiding fads and sticking to what clinical data supports.
- Complication Management: Teaching doctors how to handle vascular occlusion, the Tyndall effect, or ptosis—issues that are rarely discussed in introductory workshops.
- Indian Facial Anatomy: Adapting injection mapping to match the unique structural aging patterns of Indian patients.
Beyond the Podium
These speaking engagements are not just about presenting slides. They are an extension of my training philosophy: the more we collaborate, the safer our patients become. I invite colleagues to look past the hype of trending products and focus on sound scientific principles. If you are a practitioner looking to refine your procedural skills or understand the science behind modern dermatological treatments, these sessions are designed to give you actionable insights you can implement in your clinic the very next day.
