Our Approach to Gynecomastia

Gynecomastia is common, and you should not feel alone in seeking a solution. My priority is providing a masculine chest shape that looks natural. I use a specialized technique that removes both the excess fatty tissue via liposuction and the firm glandular lump that is often the root cause. This ensures the chest remains flat and doesn't bounce back.

What the Procedure Involves

We perform this in our NABH accredited clinic right here in Rajajinagar. The procedure takes between 1.5 to 2.5 hours, usually under local anesthesia with sedation, so you are comfortable throughout. By using keyhole or periareolar incisions, I ensure that visible scarring is kept to an absolute minimum. You will leave the clinic on the same day.

Recovery and Aftercare

Recovery is straightforward. You will need to wear a compression vest for about 3 to 4 weeks to help the skin settle and conform to your new shape. While you will notice the change immediately, the final contour settles as swelling subsides. Most of my patients resume light work within a few days. We provide you with the full medication kit for pain and inflammation, and I am available for your follow-up consultations to track your healing.
