Facial Contouring (Cheek, Chin or Lip)
Procedure Options (Select One)
- Buccal Fat Removal: Extraction of deep cheek fat pads for a contoured V-shape look.
- Surgical Lip Lift: Shortening the philtrum (space above lip) for a permanent, fuller pout.
- Chin Augmentation: Insertion of a silicone implant to correct a weak or receding chin.
Operational Details
- Anesthesia: Local Anesthesia (Standard) or IV Sedation (for Chin Implants).
- Time: 45 - 90 minutes.
- Hardware: Price includes standard medical-grade silicone implant for the Chin option.
Facility & Care
- Setting: Minor OT procedure with same-day discharge.
- Support: Includes compression garment instructions and wound healing checks.
Surgical Face & Neck Lift
Procedure Scope
- Technique: SMAS Lift or Deep Plane Lift to address jowls, loose neck skin, and deep creases.
- Extent: Covers Mini Facelift (lower face) up to Full Face + Neck Lift.
- Anesthesia: General Anesthesia (Mandatory).
Hospitalization
- Duration: 4 to 6 hours of surgery.
- Stay: Includes 1-2 days inpatient stay with 24/7 nursing and vitals monitoring.
Post-Procedure Package
- Care: Head wrap/compression bandage changes included.
- Drains: Removal of surgical drains after 24-48 hours.
- Follow-ups: Wound care and suture removal visits over 2 weeks.
Rhinoplasty (Nose Job)
Procedure & Technique
- Method: Primary Rhinoplasty using 'Closed Technique' (internal incisions) or 'Open Technique' depending on complexity.
- Scope: Addresses nasal bridge humps, bulbous or droopy tips, nostril size, or deviated septum.
- Anesthesia: General Anesthesia (GA) or Deep Sedation monitored by a qualified anesthetist.
- Duration: 1.5 to 3 hours operative time.
Facility & Care
- OT Specifications: Sterile, NABH-accredited major operation theatre.
- Stay: Day Care discharge or 1-night stay in recovery room if GA is used.
- Supplies: Includes standard nasal splint/cast and nasal packing materials.
Post-Operative Support
- Follow-up: 3 post-surgery visits for splint removal and progress checks (up to 1 month).
- Note: Excludes pre-surgery lab work and take-home pharmacy prescriptions.
Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)
Procedure Scope
- Target Area: Covers either Upper Eyelids (drooping skin) OR Lower Eyelids (bags/puffiness). Doing both simultaneously is at the higher price end.
- Technique: Excision of excess skin, muscle tightening, and repositioning of orbital fat.
- Anesthesia: Local Anesthesia with sedation (awake but relaxed).
Facility & Recovery
- Time: 45 to 90 minutes depending on complexity.
- Stay: Day Care procedure; discharge within 2-3 hours.
- Inclusions: OT charges, surgeon fee, and immediate post-op cold compress therapy.
Aftercare
- Scarring: Incisions placed in natural creases to minimize visibility.
- Suture Removal: Includes appointment for stitch removal 5-7 days post-op.
