Science-Backed Dermatology and My Approach
My approach to dermatology is rooted in rigorous science, not social media trends. I keep my knowledge current so you get treatments that are safe, effective, and actually work for your specific needs.
It was an honour to speak at CosdermIndia 2025, one of the country's biggest dermatology conferences. I addressed how viral social media trends are shaping patient mindsets and how we, as dermatologists, can respond with empathy and evidence-based guidance.
At the Aesthetic Medicine India 2025 conference, I had the privilege of moderating a panel on regenerative medicine for skin and hair. It was an insightful discussion with respected colleagues on the future of our field, including PRP, GFC, and Exosomes.
Speaking at the podium during the Aesthetic Medicine conference. My goal is always to bridge the gap between complex science and patient understanding, ensuring conversations are empowering and lead to responsible skincare choices.
Receiving a certificate of appreciation for moderating the session. I am grateful for platforms like these that allow us to discuss important issues and advance the practice of aesthetic medicine in India.
Sometimes, the most responsible thing I can do as a doctor is to say no. I will not perform a procedure due to unsafe timing, unrealistic expectations, or a lack of medical necessity. Your health and safety will always be my first priority over any trend.
Pictured here with my esteemed colleagues at the conference. Collaborating and sharing knowledge with other experts is essential for growth and for ensuring we provide the best possible care to our patients.

About My Credentials & Approach
This is not about collecting certificates to hang on a wall. Being present at conferences like CosdermIndia and Aesthetic Medicine India is how I stay on top of the latest clinical data. It helps me spot when a viral trend is just noise and when a treatment is genuinely safe for you. It is why I am comfortable saying no to a procedure if it is not medically right for your skin type.
When you walk into my clinic, you are not just getting a service, you are getting the result of hours spent debating the latest research with my peers. Dermatology is evolving every single day, and if I am not updating my knowledge, I am failing my patients.
I regularly attend and speak at national dermatology conferences because I need to know exactly how new technologies like regenerative medicine, GFC, and advanced exosome therapies are changing—and not changing—the landscape of patient care. This helps me filter out the fluff you see online.
Sach yeh hai (The truth is), most viral skin hacks are either useless or dangerous. By staying connected with the wider medical community, I ensure that my diagnostic process and treatment recommendations remain ethical and evidence-based. Whether it is addressing a hormonal hair loss issue or correcting pigmentation, I rely on clinical logic, not Instagram reels. Your skin is unique, and your treatment plan should be a direct reflection of your medical history, not a copy-paste routine picked up from the internet.
