Some growths, like xanthelasma (yellow cholesterol deposits around the eyes), require a different approach. Because these deposits sit deeper, I perform a surgical excision. It is a minor day-care procedure where the area is numbed, the deposit is removed, and fine sutures are placed. These sutures are typically removed after 7 days.

Extraction for Comedones

For conditions like senile comedones—those large, open blackheads often found on aging skin—I use a safe extraction method. This often provides an immediate, visible improvement in skin texture in just one sitting.
