This video demonstrates how I use the advanced Derma V vascular laser to treat a hypertrophic scar. The laser works by targeting the abnormal blood vessels within the scar, which reduces redness and inflammation. This process, known as selective photothermolysis, helps soften and flatten the scar over time.
Here you can see the precision of the Clarity II laser for treating spider veins on the legs. The laser energy selectively targets and collapses these tiny, unwanted blood vessels without harming the surrounding skin. This is a safe, effective, and quick procedure to achieve clear, even-toned skin.

- Clarity II: I use this for pigmentation and vascular reduction. It combines two wavelengths (755nm and 1064nm) to address different skin depths. The built-in cooling system ensures comfort, while the technology allows me to monitor skin temperature in real-time to prevent overheating.

Indian skin is unique, and it reacts differently to heat. A laser setting that works for one skin type might be ineffective or risky for another. This is why I perform a thorough skin mapping before starting any session.
My approach avoids the 'quick fix' mentality. For conditions like hypertrophic scars, we look at the inflammatory drive and use the laser to reduce vascular supply, which subsequently lowers collagen overproduction.
