My protocols, like the Medifacial or Carbon Laser, deliver instant brightness, but for lasting, healthy results, I recommend starting your skin prep at least four weeks out. This gives us the necessary time to address underlying issues like pigmentation or active acne without the stress of last-minute skin reactions.
