My Process

I start by reading the room. If the audience is there for dinner and drinks, I mix in English Pop and Retro hits to keep the mood relaxed. As the night progresses, I transition into high-BPM Punjabi anthems, Urban Desi tracks, and classic Bollywood club hits. I use a Pioneer DJ Controller and always carry a backup of my music library so there are no interruptions.

Why My Sets Work

Most venues have different requirements. For a lounge or restaurant like Chit Chaat, I focus on ambient energy that encourages conversation early on, shifting to a full party mode later. For larger clubs like Scala, I work with the venue lighting engineers to sync my transitions with the CO2 cannons and light drops.
