About this collection
I don't believe in shouting '1 2 3 let's go' to force a dance floor reaction. My sets are built on track selection, harmonic mixing, and reading the room to build energy organically. When you are running a club night, you need a DJ who understands the science of the night—knowing exactly when to drop the bass, when to switch from high-tempo Hip Hop to a Bollywood remix, and when to let the track breathe. I focus on creating a cohesive narrative rather than just stringing random hits together.
My Approach to Club Night Sets
Every venue has a different heartbeat, and my job is to match it. Whether I am playing a weekend residency at a spot like Bombay Adda or guesting at a high-volume club like Hex, my priority is the floor. My sets are never static; I keep the energy levels high by blending genres that work in the Indian market—Bollywood, UK Punjabi, Hip Hop, Trap, and House.
Why My Sets Work:
- Seamless Genre Fusion: I switch between commercial Bollywood hits and international beats (Hip Hop, EDM, R&B) without breaking the flow. This keeps the crowd engaged, whether they are there for the desi vibes or the global sound.
- Technical Precision: I use a standard setup (Pioneer CDJ/Controller) to deliver tight, beat-matched transitions. I don't use pre-recorded sets. I am watching the crowd, looking for who is moving and who is drifting, and adjusting the playlist in real-time.
- VDJ Integration: For clubs with LED walls or projection setups, I offer a Live Video DJ performance. This isn't just about the audio—it’s an immersive audio-visual trip where official music videos and custom motion graphics are synced to the beat.
The Logistics
I travel across India for gigs, from Bengaluru and Delhi to Goa and Mumbai. I bring my library, my gear, and the energy. If you are a venue manager, you don't have to worry about the 'hype' factor—I handle that through the music. I am comfortable performing in settings ranging from intimate lounges to massive club dance floors.
