When you book me for a themed event, we start with a vibe check to align the music with your crowd. Whether it is a Halloween party or a family sangeet, I handle more than just the playlist; I coordinate with your planners for specific entry cues, dance choreography timings, and MC duties to keep the flow seamless.
How I Approach Themed Gigs
A theme only works if the music reinforces it. I do not play generic, pre-set lists. Instead, I curate the soundscape to match the environment.
- Private & House Parties: For intimate gatherings of 20 to 50 people, I use a portable, professional controller to keep the energy high without needing a massive sound setup. You handle the speakers, and I handle the rest.
- Wedding & Sangeet Sets: This is where technical precision matters. I provide active MCing to hype up performances, manage playback for family choreography, and ensure the music transitions perfectly from cocktails to the final after-party.
- Corporate & Cocktail Nights: I focus on commercial, high-tempo sets that keep the atmosphere professional yet exciting. My mixing technique here is fast-paced, ensuring there is never a lull in the room.
Practical Details
I am based between Delhi and Bangalore but travel across India for gigs. Because I prioritize sound quality, my tech requirements vary by package. For large-scale events, I bring a technical rider to ensure the venue's gear meets performance standards. For smaller, private setups, I bring my own controller and laptop, requiring only a solid PA system from the venue or the client.
My sets are flexible. If you want a mix of Deep House, Hip Hop, and trending Punjabi anthems, or if you need exclusive mashups you won't hear at any other club, just let me know during our pre-event consultation.
