Get Ready With Me Styling Ideas
Creating a look is about more than just clothes. It is about how you feel in them. Join me behind the scenes as I build outfits for every scene in your life.
Getting ready for the Teej festival. I chose a beautiful green leheriya saree, a classic for this Rajasthani celebration. I paired it with a simple black blouse to let the saree's vibrant pattern stand out, completing the look with green bangles and a matching clutch.
Here's my process for creating a chic New Year's Eve party look. I started with a classic black turtleneck and tights as a base, then added a vibrant pink satin blazer dress for a pop of color. Thigh-high boots and statement earrings completed this festive and glamorous outfit.
A quick GRWM for a Saturday night out. I built this look around a white shorts-and-blazer set, adding a pop of color with a lavender top. It's a perfect example of how to create a chic, coordinated outfit that's both stylish and comfortable for an evening with friends.
Putting together a casual and comfortable look for a day out in Dubai. I paired a simple yellow t-shirt with olive green pants and comfortable sneakers. A neutral-toned Michael Kors bag adds a touch of polish to this effortless daytime outfit.
Here's my GRWM for a fun day at Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi. Comfort is key for a theme park, so I chose white shorts and a cozy green Lacoste sweatshirt. It's a casual, chic, and practical outfit perfect for a day of adventure.
Bringing back a nostalgic trend with this schoolgirl-inspired look. I styled a yellow plaid skirt with a simple nude top and an oversized white shirt. This GRWM shows how to play with trends like long socks in a way that feels modern and fun.
A quick transition video showing a festive ethnic look. I styled this green printed kurta with matching sharara pants and statement earrings. It's an easy and elegant outfit perfect for a family gathering or a small celebration.
About this collection
I do not believe in perfectly staged runways. My process is often just grabbing what feels right, playing with textures, and finding that one piece, like a blazer or a bold accessory, that ties the whole mood together before I step out the door.
A good Get Ready With Me routine is never about forcing a trend to fit. Whether I am putting together a festive look like a Leheriya saree for Teej or a practical travel outfit for a day in Dubai, the goal remains the same: comfort mixed with intentionality. When you watch these behind the scenes clips, you will notice that I rarely start with the clothes. I start with the occasion and my current mindset. If it is a festive celebration, I look for balance, perhaps pairing a vibrant piece with a subtle blouse so one does not overpower the other. If it is a casual day out, I prioritize functionality, like selecting footwear that actually allows me to walk. Building a look is a creative exercise. I focus on layering, accessories like simple watches or gold jewelry, and the final fit check in the mirror to ensure it aligns with my personal brand. This is how you stop having those moments where you stare at a full closet and feel like you have nothing to wear. You learn to shop your own wardrobe, experiment with pairings, and most importantly, own your presence regardless of what you are wearing.
