I am proud to have authored several books on dermatology, including the "Year Book of Acne 2024." These books are a culmination of my clinical experience and research, aimed at educating both my peers and patients.

I was thrilled to be featured in the Hindustan Times to talk about the skincare benefits of honey. I shared some of my favorite DIY hacks, like using honey as a toner base or mixing it with aloe vera for a calming effect, bringing a science-backed perspective to this timeless ingredient.5
The viral whipped sunscreen mousse trend caught everyone's attention, and I shared my expert take with the Hindustan Times. While the lightweight texture is appealing, I advised readers to always check for adequate SPF and consult a dermatologist to ensure it's right for their skin type.
With the Paris Olympics in the spotlight, the Hindustan Times asked for my opinion on athletes wearing makeup during sports. I explained that heavy, oil-based products can clog pores, and recommended minimal, water-based, and oil-free makeup as a safer alternative for active individuals.
