Shooting ethnic wear is primarily about showcasing the drape and fabric quality, which is where many catalog images fail. In my Rohini studio, I use specific lighting setups to ensure that intricate embroidery like zari or gota patti is clearly visible, while maintaining the natural fall of sarees and lehengas so customers know exactly what they are ordering.
