Featured Landscape and Hardscape Projects in Delaware, OH
We take a blank yard and build it into a living space. Here is a look at some of our favorite transformations from across the Columbus area.
This project shows how I can bring everything together into one space. I installed the paver walkway and patio, a fire pit for evenings, and a pergola for some shade, then finished it all with new plantings and rock beds.
This is a great example of how finishing touches make all the difference. The top photo is the yard with just the patio. In the bottom photo, you can see how adding a flowing mulch bed with a natural stone border really completes the space.
I enjoy building landscape ponds that look natural. For this one, I used a mix of boulders and smaller stones to create a gentle waterfall and a healthy environment for the water lilies and other aquatic plants.
A good walkway should be more than just practical. For this home, I built a winding paver path that makes the walk to the barn a beautiful part of the property, surrounded by plants that will fill in nicely over time.
A simple stone fire pit on a paver patio is a classic for a reason. I built this space to be a durable and inviting spot for family and friends to gather on cool Ohio nights.
Here you can see a closer look at a paver patio with a built-in seating wall. These low walls are great because they define the space and provide permanent, sturdy seating without cluttering the patio with furniture.
I always plan for how the hardscape and landscape will work together. This pond and paver patio are surrounded by perennial flowers like daisies and daylilies that add color and life to the stone work.
I can create detailed patterns to make a patio or walkway unique. This circular paver design adds a nice custom touch and serves as a focal point for the entrance area.
About Featured
When we design a patio or fire pit, we do not just drop stone on the ground. We look at the whole space. That means creating proper mulch borders, selecting the right plantings, and ensuring the drainage works so your new outdoor area stays clean and usable through our Ohio winters.
This collection highlights the complete outdoor living projects we have tackled across Delaware and the wider Columbus Metropolitan Area. You will notice a theme in our work: we prioritize how hardscape features interact with your existing property. A fire pit or paver patio should feel like it was meant to be there, not added as an afterthought.
We handle the heavy lifting, from excavating the site to laying a 4-inch compacted aggregate base that prevents sinking. We use durable M-30 to M-40 grade pavers for our walkways and patios, locking them in with concrete edge restraints. However, we do not stop at the stone. We finish with proper mulch beds and natural boulders, similar to the ones we use for our landscape ponds, to blend the structure into the garden. Whether you need a functional walkway to the barn or a space to host summer bonfires, we focus on the foundation first so the end result lasts.
