When you join us for a ride, you are not just a number in a group. We manage peloton discipline for safety, provide a support vehicle (SAG wagon) on our 100km Sunday endurance runs, and ensure that every rider, from absolute beginners to road bike pros, has a group to pace with. You do not need to worry about being left behind or navigating traffic alone.

Our midweek fitness rides are all about escaping into Delhi's green lungs. Here we are at the Delhi University Ridge, taking a break from a refreshing 50km spin. It's the perfect mix of social cycling, light exercise, and dosti.

I ran this half marathon on the first day of my menstrual cycle, not to prove a point, but because I can. My coaching encourages women to listen to their bodies, not societal myths. Menstruation is a part of life, not a limitation.7
This transformation from 2018 to 2024 is about more than fitness; it's about a woman choosing to prioritize herself. I coach women to break free from the guilt of self-care and to build a life on their own terms, because a healthy woman empowers her entire family.
