About Coquette Mini Skirts
Because these are 100% handmade, they aren't factory-lined, so I always recommend wearing a nude bikini bottom or safety shorts underneath. You can pick your vibe, either the mesh stitch for those beachy, see-through moments or the solid knit if you want more coverage.
If you want that soft, coquette look for summer, you are in the right place. I make my mini skirts with a lot of care, keeping them super cute and fully adjustable.
When you order, we can decide the vibe together. I have two main styles:
- The Mesh Stitch: This one has an open weave, which is perfect for beach days over your bikini. It is light and very airy.
- The Solid Stitch: This one is tighter and gives more coverage, which is great for a lunch date or a cute brunch outfit.
Since I do not use elastic bands, I add a corset-style drawstring waist so you can tie it exactly where it feels best. I also use a long, adjustable lace-up detail on the side. You can tighten it or let it hang loose, depending on how much skin you want to show.
I am based in Mumbai and I do everything solo, so every piece is made to your specific measurements. I use a mix of acrylic and cotton yarn that is soft on the skin, not scratchy. To keep your skirt looking fresh, please always hand wash it in cold water and lay it flat to dry. Just let me know your colour preferences when you reach out, and we can get creative!
