Pricing Guide
Premium Themed Birthday Decor (8x8ft Backdrop + Marquee Lights)
Backdrop & Stage Zone
- Theme Base: 8ft x 8ft printed flex or sequin curtain backdrop customized to your theme (e.g., Frozen, Jungle, Candy).
- Balloon Installation: Organic semi-arch or garland using approx. 400-500 balloons (mix of pastel, metallic, and chrome).
- Character Art: 4 to 5 large 2D Sunboard cutouts (3ft to 4ft tall) with stands matching the theme.
Props & Lighting
- Name Lights: Rental of up to 5 LED Marquee alphabet letters (2.5ft height) to spell the child's name.
- Cake Station: Set of 3 cylindrical metal or acrylic pedestals for cake and dessert display.
- Illumination: 2-4 LED Par cans for backdrop washing and 1 focus light for the cake area.
Service
- Crew: Setup and dismantling by a team of 2-3 decorators.
- Logistics: Transport of all props within city limits.
Grand Varmala Entry (Hydraulic Stage + Cold Pyro Effects)
Entry Structure (Choose One)
- Hydraulic Stage: A motorized circular stage (6ft to 8ft diameter) that lifts and rotates 360 degrees for the Varmala.
- Royal Palki: A decor-rich carriage carried by 4-6 uniformed attendants for the bridal entry.
Special Effects (SFX)
- Cold Sparks: 6 to 8 units of electronic cold pyro fired during the Varmala (30-second duration, safe for indoors).
- Fog Effect: Dry ice machine creating a low-lying 'cloud' effect on the floor for 3-5 minutes.
- Finale: 2 manual or electric confetti blasts to conclude the ceremony.
Support & Props
- Coordination: Dedicated stage manager to cue lights, music, and effects perfectly.
- Atmosphere: Includes 1 handheld pyro gun for the couple and basic floral outlining on the stage structure.
Complete Wedding Package (Mandap + Aisle + 24ft Stage)
Mandap Setup
- Structure: 10ft x 10ft open Mandap with 4 gold fiber or crystal pillars.
- Floral Decor: Heavy floral headers using 80% high-quality artificial flowers and 20% real marigold/rose accents.
- Seating: 2 Royal Shankheda chairs for the couple, 2 side chairs for parents, and 2 Bajot tables for rituals.
Grand Walkway
- Entrance: 10ft themed arch gate with drapery and floral pasting.
- Aisle: 40ft to 50ft carpeted path lined with 6-8 floral pedestals or LED candles.
- Ceiling: Overhead crisscross fairy light canopy or floral strings running the length of the passage.
Reception Stage
- Backdrop: 20ft to 24ft wide stage design with fabric drapes, geometric frames, or flower walls.
- Furniture: Premium 3-seater wedding sofa for the couple.
- Lighting: 8-10 LED Par cans for color washing and ambiance.
General
- Signage: 1 standard 'Welcome' easel board.
- Manpower: Full setup and teardown crew included.
