My approach for traditional ceremonies like a Kankotri Lekhan or a pooja is to keep the skin glowing rather than heavy. Because you are often wearing vibrant, rich fabrics like bandhani or patola, I balance the intensity of your outfit with soft, luminous makeup that lets your natural features shine through.
For ceremonies like Sakhpath or a Satyanarayan pooja, the setting is usually intimate and family-focused. You want to look elegant and put-together, but not like you are heading to a heavy reception. My goal is to ensure you look like the happiest version of yourself.

I use a 7-step skin prep for every ceremony—my secret for that lit-from-within finish that photographs beautifully in both daylight and home lighting. It is all about deep hydration and light-reflective products rather than layers of heavy foundation. If you love a classic look, we can keep it minimal and fresh, or add a little extra definition for a slightly more polished vibe.
A Complete Traditional Look
Makeup is only one part of the story. I coordinate with my team to manage the hair—think soft gajra braids or elegant, neat buns that don't overpower your saree—and assist with pinning your pallu or dupatta so you don't have to worry about adjustments.
