Home Welcome Setups

These are ideal for 'Welcome Baby' surprises or intimate birthday mornings. We use air-filled balloons on the ceiling, wall bunches, and foil letterings. I use damage-free tape to ensure the paint on your walls stays safe. These setups are quick to install, usually within a few hours, and work perfectly in living rooms or bedrooms.

Naming Ceremonies & Mid-Sized Events

For these, I use a 6ft to 8ft ring frame as the centerpiece. This is where I incorporate tulle draping, floral accents, and often a digital screen to display baby details. These setups are designed to look balanced for photography without taking over the entire room.

Premium Themed Events

If you have a hall booking, we go for maximum impact. This involves 8ft x 8ft backdrops using shimmer walls or 3D flex, heavy 600+ balloon density, and props like plinths, cake stands, and neon signage. We can execute specific themes like Jungle Safari, Football, or Butterfly, ensuring the styling is consistent across the stage and entrance.

Technical Reality

I am always upfront about space. Not every theme fits every venue. Before we start, I recommend checking your ceiling height and available floor space, especially if you are considering large props or marquee letters. I can adapt most themes to your specific venue, but clarity on your room dimensions helps me bring the right amount of material to your event.
