There is something special about eating honest, spicy Indonesian food in the middle of a bustling Surabaya bazaar. We don't have a permanent brick-and-mortar shop because we love the energy of moving from festival to festival. It means we get to meet different crowds every week, from long-time fans who hunt us down for our Iga Pedas (Lightning Ribs) to new foodies trying their first Sate Babi.
