About More Spicy Favorites
We don't do pre-packaged meals. Whether it's our Iga Pedas (Lightning Ribs) or Nasi Bali, every bowl is built with a base of jasmine rice, a whole hard-boiled egg, and our signature Petir sambal. Since we cook fresh for every event, we often sell out fast, so if you see us with a crowd, jump in line early.
When we say 'Spicy Favorites', we mean food that packs a real punch. Our Iga Pedas, which translates to 'Lightning Ribs', is a crowd favorite for a reason. It is a hot pot of tender, bone-in beef ribs slow-cooked and smothered in our signature Petir (Lightning) chili paste. We keep the pot hot and refill it constantly during events because it is almost always the first thing to run out.
Then there is the Nasi Bali Daging Pedas. This is the ultimate, easy-to-carry festival meal. We start with a generous portion of jasmine rice and top it with spicy meat, a hard-boiled egg, and our crispy prawn crackers for that essential texture. It is spicy, hearty, and exactly what you need when you are wandering through a busy bazaar.
If you have an upcoming event and want to bring this vibe to your guests, we offer a complete live pop-up service. We bring the red and white striped stall, the charcoal grill for our satay, and the chafing dishes for the hot food. We handle the setup for about 4 hours, giving you a full service experience without you needing to worry about a thing. We are based in Surabaya and love hitting the local festival circuit, so if you see a line forming at a stall with our branding, you know where to find the real spicy stuff.
