Community Initiatives at Bangalore Turf Club

Our work with the Acharya Rakum School for the Blind and Underprivileged highlights what we value most. Recently, we had the honour of hosting these students at the racecourse, ensuring they could experience the excitement of the track firsthand, complete with transport and a full meal.

The Bangalore Turf Club Charitable Trust does more than just write cheques. We look for ways to integrate our community work with the racing experience. When we support local institutions, we invite students and beneficiaries to see the races, feel the energy of the crowd, and enjoy a day out. It is our way of sharing the history of this venue with those who might not otherwise visit. From blood donation drives to supporting education, our goal is to remain a fixture in Bengaluru that contributes positively to the city. Whether it is a local school or a broader charity initiative, we view these efforts as essential to our identity. The racecourse is not a closed space; it is a public venue with a history that belongs to everyone who lives here.
