- Structure: BWR (Boiling Water Resistant) Grade Plywood (IS 303), typically 16mm to 19mm thick.
- Surface Finish: Machine pressed standard laminates (0.8mm to 1mm) from brands like Century or Merino.
- Internal Lining: 0.7mm white or off white balancing laminate for hygiene.
- Edge Protection: 0.8mm PVC edge banding machine pasted to seal board edges.
Hardware & Essentials
- Hinges: Standard soft close hinges from domestic brands like Ebco or Godrej.
- Drawers: Zinc or black powder coated telescopic ball bearing channels.
- Handles: Standard Stainless Steel or matte black aluminum external handles.
- Design: Straight line modern cuts with standard box setups (no curves or fluting).
Premium Acrylic & Profile Lighting
Construction & Materials
- Structure: BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Marine Grade Plywood (IS 710) treated against termites.
- Surface Finish: Premium High Gloss Acrylic (mirror finish) or Anti Fingerprint textured laminates.
- Edge Protection: 2mm PVC Edge Banding (Rehau or equivalent) for a smooth, rounded finish.
- Accents: Includes elements like WPC fluted panels or louvers for TV backdrops.
Hardware & Features
- Hinges: Premium German soft close hinges (Hettich Sensys or Hafele).
- Drawers: Undermount Quadro channels where mechanisms are hidden for a clean look.
- Lighting: Pre grooved aluminum profiles for LED strip lighting integration.
- Handles: Handle less Gola profile design (Rose Gold, Black, or Silver aluminum).
- Glass: Option for one tinted glass shutter with aluminum frame.

- Structure: Calibrated BWP Club Plywood ensuring perfectly smooth surfaces for polishing.
- Surface Finish: Natural Wood Veneer (Teak, Oak, Walnut) with PU polish or Automotive grade PU Paint.
- Detailing: Seamless edges with no visible banding lines or curved radius edges.
- Wall Paneling: Complex backdrops using flexible stone veneer or marble finish composites.

- Lift Systems: Blum Aventos systems for overhead bi fold or lift up units.

- Bedrooms: Custom wardrobe solutions that go up to the ceiling, mixing in dressing tables, study desks, or even a spot for your TV.
- Work zones: Modular living room units or full-wall study setups, always with clever storage and lighting tucked in so you can see what you’re doing.
- Entryways: Multi-functional entryway furniture, usually with benches for sitting and shoe storage below - easy to use, keeps the place tidy.
- Kids' rooms: Loft and bunk beds with built-in desks and wardrobes, or wild ideas like gaming corners and V-shaped bookshelves. I’m up for trying new stuff if you are.
How I Work
Material choices are a mix of warm wood and solid color finishes - white, grey, blue. I use LED strips for backlit panels and shelf lighting pretty much everywhere. You’ll notice there’s always some way to keep things tucked away, plus open shelves for showing off.
Some ideas work better in certain homes than others, so I’ll talk you through what’s practical and what’s just for show, and figure out something that actually suits you.
