About this collection
The biggest mistake I see in Bangalore balconies is cluttering the floor. I focus on verticality—using wall-mounted planters, hanging lights, and foldable furniture—to keep the ground open while making the space feel lush. If you are worried about maintenance, I typically suggest a mix of artificial grass and hardy plants that handle our city’s sun and monsoon without needing daily attention.
Designed for Bangalore Weather
Living in Bangalore means your balcony faces harsh afternoon sun and heavy monsoon rains. I don't just pick pretty furniture; I select materials that last. For decking, I usually recommend WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) instead of natural wood, which tends to warp or rot in our climate. It gives you that warm, wood-like aesthetic without the constant need for polishing or weather-proofing.
Making Small Spaces Work
Whether you have a compact apartment balcony in Whitefield or a larger terrace in Indiranagar, the goal is flow. I often use corner seating or L-shaped benches to save floor space, leaving room for a small table or a coffee station. If you have a view, I work around it, using glass railings or low-profile furniture so we don't block the line of sight.
The 3D Planning Advantage
Before we move a single brick or buy a single plant, I create a 3D walkthrough of your space. This helps us decide where to place the lights, how big the seating should be, and whether a vertical garden will actually look good on your specific wall. It saves you from buying furniture that doesn't fit or realizing too late that a plant is blocking your doorway.
