When choosing a setup, check the space dimensions first. A standard 6ft ring frame is great for living rooms, but if you are hosting at a terrace or larger venue, I recommend our 8ft sequin walls or cabana setups to fill the space properly. I bring all the balloons, neon signage, and stands, so just ensure you have a power socket nearby for the lights.
I focus on making the setup match the event personality. If you want something glam, I use active sequin walls that catch the light, paired with dense balloon styling in rose gold, silver, or purple. For a more relaxed, outdoor vibe, I shift to white drapes, dried pampas grass, and palm leaves to create a boho chic cabana.
Regardless of the theme, I handle all the technical bits. My standard packages include the frame, the balloon garland (usually 200 to 300 balloons depending on the scale), rental neon signs like 'Bride to Be', and the required stands for cakes or props. I also include setup 2 to 3 hours before your event and complete dismantling the next day, so you do not have to worry about the cleanup.
If you are hosting at home in Koramangala or a hotel in Whitefield, keep in mind that larger structures like 8x8ft shimmer walls require solid wall space or floor clearance.
