We transformed this Gurgaon high-rise terrace into a complete outdoor living area. This view shows how we combine different zones, using rich hardwood decking for the main path, patterned tiles for the seating area, and a lush vertical garden wall to bring in vibrant greenery.

We work by layering textures. Think durable WPC decking for a warm, dry base, paired with high-density artificial grass and vertical green walls to hide harsh balcony railings. It is all about creating that lived-in warmth, even in the middle of a high-rise, giving you a functional spot that actually lasts through the seasons.
Designing an outdoor space in an Indian metro city comes with unique challenges, mainly dust and limited square footage. When we approach a balcony makeover, our goal is to maximize utility without overcrowding the space.
We rely heavily on WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) decking tiles for flooring because they are durable, look like natural timber, and are completely removable. This is a non-negotiable for rented apartments where you cannot touch the original flooring. For the walls, we avoid permanent masonry where possible. Instead, we install vertical gardens or weather-treated wood louvers to add privacy and softness.
You will notice lighting is consistent across our featured projects. We skip standard harsh ceiling lights in favor of warm festoon strings, uplighters for plants, and even custom-backlit corten steel panels for a touch of drama. Whether it is a luxury terrace at Pioneer Araya or a compact apartment balcony, the focus remains on comfort. We do not just put furniture out. We create specific zones for morning coffee or sunset drinks so you actually use the space rather than treating it like a storage area.
