Why We Love Private Parties
Since 1970, we’ve been all about good food and real hospitality. Private parties are special - whether it’s a low-key housewarming or a full-on birthday bash, we show up with the same energy.
What We Do Best
We cater all kinds of events - birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, festival gatherings like Ganpati, even farmhouse and poolside parties. Honestly, we don’t care if it’s 50 people in your Mumbai flat or 500 at your Nashik farmhouse, our approach never changes.
Food That Gets Talked About
Your party, your menu - aap batao kya chahiye (you tell us what you want). We build a customized party menu just for you, from Sindhi Kari to fresh Italian Pasta. If you want variety, we’ve got South Indian, Punjabi, Chinese, Japanese, and more.
Live food stations bring the party alive - chaat counters (pani puri, ragda pattice), global stations (live pasta, Chinese wok, nachos, paneer shawarma), and garma-garam dosa or jalebi, all made in front of your guests.
Desserts? We go big. Akhrot halwa, red velvet waffles, kulfi falooda, mousse cups, pastries.
Drinks & Dietary Needs
Our mocktail bar setup is a crowd favorite, plus we do a lassi bar for desi vibes. Vegetarian, non-veg, and Jain catering services are available. We make sure everyone at your party gets something they’ll actually eat.

My Story
Namaste ji, we’re Vashdev Caterers, led by Sanjay Ramnani. Food for us isn’t just kaam (work) – it’s our family’s legacy since 1970. I grew up in the middle of sizzling live counters and the smell of fresh masala. We’re strict about quality and hygiene, Bombay Caterers Association waale hain hum (we’re association members). Our motto? Great food, warm service. For every event, we put our heart in, and trust me, our desserts – especially Akhrot Halwa – are the showstoppers. Khaana bina meetha toh adhura hai (no meal’s complete without dessert)!
