We start by picking a vibe that feels like you, whether that is a clean, minimalist look, an earthy boho setup with pampas grass, or something more dramatic. Most mamas worry about what to wear, so you have full access to my collection of maternity gowns, from flowy mermaid cuts to classic styles, so you can just show up and be yourself.
I believe that the best maternity photos happen when you feel relaxed and truly like yourself. In my studio, we move away from stiff, posed photography and instead focus on connection. Whether it is your partner or older children, I always encourage bringing family along. These sessions are about capturing the anticipation, the joy, and the love that is already present before the baby arrives.
I offer three distinct styles for these shoots. My personal favorite is the earthy, boho theme, which uses soft textures and natural light to create a calm atmosphere. If you are looking for something more glamorous, we can use dramatic lighting and rich backdrops to give you that magazine-style portrait. For those who prefer simplicity, my minimalist sessions on a clean white background put all the focus on your bump and your emotions.
Because pregnancy can be an overwhelming time, I try to handle as much as possible for you. You do not need to stress about outfits or props. My studio wardrobe is stocked with gowns, and I have various props like ultrasound frames and custom signage ready for us to use. We can even plan for a bit of fun with creative announcements.
